Originally rated 1 star as it was great on the first 2000 mile ride but even halfway through the second ride the bag failed. The rain came and went and we had to tighten our seatbelts as the bag slipped off the dirt of the road when dry. During one of the bag transport and dressing incidents, I noticed that 1 inch holes had opened up and that my clothes were now wet. A travel? Truth? However, after my bad review, Daniel contacted me and said that they completely redesigned the bag with new material and sent me a new one within an hour after I gave him my address, no questions asked. He followed every step along the way and was extremely helpful and polite despite my somewhat grumpy attitude at first. Admittedly I haven't ridden since getting the new one but if it's even half as good as the customer service it will be great and if not they will honestly fix it. I have full confidence in this company.
