May be good, may be bad, may not be recognized by Windows or the latest Linux kernels.

Just doesn't work, still trying to figure out if it's my Thunderbolt 3 ports or the chip. If the manufacturer has drivers or troubleshooting steps that would be great, Microsoft is useless for troubleshooting.
