Review on MINKA-AIRE F853-BN/DK Protruding Mount Ceiling Fan - 3 Distressed Koa Blades in Brushed Nickel/Distressed Koa by Alexandra Baker

We purchased this great looking fan a few months ago and are very happy with its performance. We needed a bigger fan for our high living room. I'm also a bit interested in aviation, so it worked out well. The fan (Brushed Nickel/Coa) arrived very well packaged and easy to install. I unpacked everything and put it on the table and followed the good instructions. The basic installation was typical for a ceiling fan, all parts were well thought out and of high quality. Once the process of connecting the remote control to the fan was complete, it took some concentration. The power supply and wall switch were already installed, from start to finish the whole job took a couple of hours (up and down the high flight of stairs). Due to the large blades, the fan silently moves a lot of air at low speeds. We turned it all the way on for the test, but it was way more than we typically need. When friends come now, the new fan is always the topic of conversation. I have some civil and electrical skills.
