I've been waiting to write this review because this package was missing some parts to install this fan. My husband got a few pieces from the store but is waiting for the last one. I wanted you to know in advance if you decide to do this. Details are all in pockets or foam rubber. WHAT'S MISSING There are some parts of it that didn't work. My husband had to source a few different screws and parts to properly complete the installation. He does house maintenance and does it for a living, and he was frustrated by the lack of some detail. All the parts could be bought, but he still had to walk a little way to get those parts. QUALITY I can't comment on the work but the quality of the parts that came in the box seemed good. The fan didn't come with all the parts to install it properly, so we had to wait to buy more screws and other things. It was a bit of anger and frustration. In the end we will be able to install it, but for now I want to inform you that this is not a complete install kit. MY RATING That's four stars at the moment. A disappointment that not all parts are included prompts me to give it 3 stars, but for now I'm giving it FOUR. Once we finally get it working I'll update this review to reflect any changes and let you know if all the effort was worth it. I hoped it wouldn't take that long, but it was hard to find some details. PHOTO I've only included a photo of the parts in the foam box to show how they were packed. Once we finally get all the parts for the installation I will update the photos with the fan and rating to reflect the performance.
