this is the finest mist you can get. My skin feels healthier but I can't put my finger on what exactly improved. It feels thicker or more cushiony.I use it on my face and neck as soon as I get out of the shower or when I wash my face. It can be used over makeup if it's too powdery. I will buy it again and again
