Yes they are suitable for adults
I wasn't sure about the size and if they were for kids or not. I usually wear women's shoes in 6.5" and I have ordered "6 tall kids" based on the inch sizes on the listing and they fit perfectly. I've only worn them a couple of times but they have been comfortable and have so far held.
