Works great but has multiple default user accounts
for help from the company are quick but they don't always answer all your questions to protect their product. Note that this item has multiple default users and passwords. You have to change them, my only concern is that even after changing the default settings you don't know if there are still some hidden hotspots that you don't know about.
- Note: AT&T and T-Mobile support 4G LTE Band B2/4/5/12. Our 4G CPE supports LTE B1/2/3/5/7/8/20/38/40. In general, most of the area supports B2/B5, which means our device can easily connect to 4G LTE network. But in your area, if the 4G frequency is B4, then the CPE will not connect to 4G, it will connect to 3G. There is an app called "LTE Discovery" that you can download to your phone and then check which 4G LTE band is in your area.
