I love these things! I have all sizes as I make many different sizes that I offer my customers but they are amazing! Super strong and perfect for getting a smooth cake. I've always struggled with buttercream cakes and leveled them and it saved so much time and energy! I leave my cakes in the fridge overnight so my icing stays nice and firm, making the slice easy to pop off without ruining anything!
