As I get older my teeth become so sensitive to heat/cold that I no longer use ice at all and drink almost everything at room temperature. It's the only toothpaste that works. It got to the point where I was only eating with one side of my mouth because the left side would feel like a bolt of lightning if I ate/drank anything too hot or cold. Now after years of using this toothpaste I eat normally despite being so used to room temperature. Drinks I prefer to drink most drinks this way, with the exception of the occasional cup of coffee or a can of Coke. About a year ago I had a coupon for Sensodyne toothpaste so I figured one was better than the other but NO! Two days later I had the same pain again, this works and I hope they never stop, seriously!
