It has helped me to get feedback from my team members, which they did not want to share with me directly. So I was able to give them constructive criticism without hurting their feelings. The support provided by the system is very limited. Sometimes it gets stuck or takes too much time to load. Also there are times when we face issues that require immediate attention but this can take some time to resolve. We have been using pluma for our remote teams as well as internal communication within the organization. This helps us keep track of all activities happening around the office.
