Something about your TV's backlight makes watching TV more immersive and fun! I have 3 TVs and they all have these LEDs. I would say the length of this set is perfect for a 50 inch TV. But it's a bit of a stretch at 65 inches. This works but you have to shorten the square of the lights whereas the 50" has the lights corner to corner and the lights are more intense. I had no trouble gluing the lights to the TV but I recommend rubbing them with rubbing alcohol first to clean. I also added my own command strips to the corners. The remote works well but it's one of those cheap remotes. It offers many color options as well as a color changing mode. Your biggest challenge with this will be figuring out which color suits you best I like it! I'm posting how some colors look on my 50" TV. For the price this is a great buy!
