Something about your TV's backlight makes watching TV more immersive and fun! I have 3 TVs and they all have these LEDs. I would say the length of this set is perfect for a 50 inch TV. But it's a bit of a stretch at 65 inches. This works but you have to shorten the square of the lights whereas the 50" has the lights corner to corner and the lights are more intense.
