I'm 6'3" and while this chair had excellent lumbar support and a head rest high enough for my head, the firm upper back support and comparative lack of mid-back support led to a hunched posture for me.I would love to have returned it, but the way it was packaged was straight out of Tetris, with so many individual parts that disassembling it and putting it back in its packaging to do so was something I just was not motivated to do.If you're tall like me, you may want to skip out on this chair. Yes, it might work, but if it doesn't, the base alone is in nine separate pieces, not including the bolts necessary to assemble it.
