New, don't waste your money

This thing is too small to do anything. I put it in a bathroom that had a leak and very high humidity, and it took a week of running 24/7 to get about 1/2 cup of water. If you want something small to put on your table that can be a topic of conversation, then this is for you. If you want a real device, stick with the big names and pay a few bucks more.
