Review on BluHorn by Ans Brownlee

I like that it's easy enough so you can get started quickly but still has many features available if needed.

The interface could be more intuitive (like an app). Also, there are some things missing in order to use it fully when doing outbound calls where one of our clients would want us to call them with certain information about their customers/prospects they didn't have access too before we called. That being said, overall this tool helps tremendously because now all my team members don't need different tools to pull info together as well as track what needs done next after each contact goes through.
