The most helpful thing about this service was that it allowed me to see how all of my campaigns were performing in real time which helped us make adjustments as needed. I like that it's easy enough so you can get started quickly but still has many features available if needed. The interface could be more intuitive (like an app). Also, there are some things missing in order to use it fully when doing outbound calls where one of our clients would want us to call them with certain information about their customers/prospects they didn't have access too before we called.
