I ordered the BRIGENIUS Light Therapy Lamp because of how much I tend to stay indoors during the short winter. I am outside every day for the majority of the year walking, hiking, running, etc. right until it gets cold and then suddenly boom.I am indoors working out. I notice a change in my optimism when this occurs. I ordered this for my desk area to get a little light while I work but I find that this light is painful on my eyes even on low. I have tried putting it farther away and to the side but something about it stings my eyes. I put it in an area in my home that does not get as much light. It brightens that entire room that I am in. I think this will really help. I will update in the next couple of weeks. If you plan on putting this at your desk where you work, be aware that it could cause eye discomfort.
