Terribly noisy off-road, terrible customer service.
These are the worst shock absorbers I have ever had on a jeep. If you drive on the highway or dirt roads, everything is fine. However, as soon as the dirt road gets a bit bumpy, these dampers squeak terribly. This is not a transient noise either. Absolutely terribly squeaky. I sent them back to Falcon, they replace the rubber part, they are junk. Save money and buy another brand. I bought a cheap shock kit from my local parts store and they work better than these. Very disappointed with both the strikes and the company's response. I will never buy Falcon parts again.
