Mostly plastic so be careful. However, part of the telescoping handle is thicker steel tubing than I expected. Pretty strong! The spring-loaded clip works well and securely holds my large, thick-bodied Pixel 4XL. Most impressive is the ease of setting up a remote shutter release to activate the camera on my Pixel 4XL (running Android 11). No app needed! Just connect the trigger via Bluetooth and it will work. Couldn't be easier. Great trigger memory. He's not two meters tall. Literally about three feet or so. A tripod will not hold a fully extended pole in strong winds, but works well in many situations. Overall I am very satisfied with this selfie stick tripod. When folded, it is very compact and light. If I break it carelessly, it's cheap enough that I'll just buy it again!
