This is my absolute favorite. I had metal straws for a while and brought them to my boyfriend because 1. he wanted to keep them in the car when he went to fast food restaurants and 2. he hated metal straws clicking against his teeth. They are very flexible and can be folded to fit through a slot in a Starbucks lid, yet strong enough to puncture other lids. And the translucent material and colors make it MUCH easier to clean than metal straws, just use pipe cleaners and some soap. My daughter has the worst habit of chewing straws and they take her abuse with no problem. Buy 2 or more sets, gift to friends. The best replacement for plastic straws!
