Love them! Great replacement for plastic straws that I no longer use. They are much stronger than regular paper straws. They feel and taste different than plastic, but it was very easy to get used to. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is that they don't last as long as plastic, but that's to be expected. If you leave them in liquid, especially soda, for too long, they will eventually become mushy. I reduce this effect by (1) tugging on the straw between sips so the end is out of the liquid, and (2) occasionally removing the straw, inverting it and inserting the opposite end back into the liquid. Both steps are fairly easy if your mug has a lid. It definitely pays to stop throwing non-recyclable plastic into the oceans and landfills. Because you can buy such a large quantity at such a low price, I consider this product to be very affordable. I will definitely buy them again.
