Great carbon monopod! This set is of great value. The design is similar to Leofoto Carbon tripods with a similar design. The leg lengthens perfectly and the twist lock is easy to tighten and loosen. The leg disassembles for very easy cleaning - in case sand or dirt gets into the extension. There are no crazy plastic pieces to fall out when connecting the legs like other cheap brands. The head is small and fits perfectly with the monopod. I use this with Sony A7riii and Sony 100-400 GM. This is a lightweight kit that is easy to carry. The bag is good and the tools are a great addition to the pack. All of this is of great value.
