These are light and handy gift boxes! I cook a lot of food for my girlfriend who will have her first baby in a few weeks. Some reviews complain about the size but I think there is a misunderstanding about the portions. They hold a full pound of food, now I will say they could be stronger BUT I freeze them then vacuum seal them so it doesn't really matter. Container. They look small but hold a lot of food. I also cook everything in one meal, I see they're an odd size when trying to break down the protein, veggies and starch into servings.
