First, the cover is large enough to fully cover the cart and most wheels. The bad news is that the cover doesn't keep the golf cart dry. The rain seeps through like tissue paper and the wet blanket sticks to the cart. Water collects at the bottom of the case where the rubber strap sits and fills up like water balloons. The previous car covers I had were more like canvas and kept the car dry. This one gets wet. The back of the lid, facing the interior of the golf cart, is wet and water is dripping inside. What a waste of money and now the return window is closed. I only cover my cart at the end of summer so I haven't used it yet. I guess I'll have to buy another one that will keep my car dry. After all, isn't that the purpose of the cover?
