I'm 1.60m tall and I have a hard time finding the right thermals. Most climb up my legs and get out of shape. and keep you warm on a cold day. They are true to size, very soft and comfortable. These aren't the bulky thermos that most places try to sell you. They keep me just as warm as bulky thermos. In my opinion they are better because I can easily wear them under my clothes without making my clothes look weird or tight. Some people might think that because they aren't thick or made of wool, they won't keep you warm. Ordering my next pair I love them so much I am ordering them for my little 86 year old mother in law because she is always cold.
