I love this dehydrator but it's not my favorite. I think for the price it should have a lot more features and be a bit more user friendly. There will be a very loud beep several times when it's done. You can't turn off the beep, there must be a function to turn it off. With the temperature control you can only set certain temperatures. You can't choose your own temperature, it's programmed at 113 degrees. Such a strange temperature, I haven't found a recipe that says 113 degrees yet. Another thing I don't like is that the compartments are too long and bump into the fan cover and push it in to close the door. The trays are also not entirely square and can only enter from one specific side. The dehydrator is square, the trays need to be square too so you don't have to turn over three trays when you try to load them and they have food on them. This dehydrator does a good job of dehydrating food and liquids, but based on the features above, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
