Looks like a good piece of equipment. I like the concept and the location. The large key makes grinding large amounts of pepper easier, and I imagine this would be helpful for those with arthritis. However! I've dammed twice already, and both times when I dumped all the pepper I found a broken tooth from the millstone. I have understood. The pepper is hard. but I don't get fancy peppers that can be very hard or anything. This is regular black Tellicerry pepper in bulk. I don't even use it every day and it has never been dropped. I am returning the item and will receive a steel tartar grinder. I pick a less consistent grind that just always results in a brittle "perfect" grind on any given day.
