I have been using the booking engine since 2011 and now manage over 100 locations and clients. I find it very user friendly. You get a good overview of the status of your reservations, and when you are ready to make changes, it is simple to change availability, prices etc. It has become my preferred system for managing bookings. The admin area is pretty basic and only allows basic changes. It does not allow for any real customization. When new versions come out, you have to re-configure all the templates to fit into the latest version.
