Worked in 5G for less than a day. It took about 3 months for my computer to get 24 hours of use. 5G gave me all kinds of lag, page loading errors, and intermittent video playback stutters. Moving to 2.4G fixes the issue, but I'm not buying a WiFi adapter to use at 2.4G speeds. The range is great due to the massive antennas, but really I wouldn't recommend absolutely anything, going back to the old TP-Link AC 600 nano and I got my 5G connection back with no issues. My experience may be isolated, but something as simple as a broken USB WiFi antenna doesn't inspire confidence in the overall quality of their products. The original rating was 1 star and updated to 3 stars when the manufacturer responded to my query. Having had this issue and issued myself a full refund for the product, I still do not recommend this product as I am unsure if I received a defective unit or if this product was intended to fail.
