I have a small dog that sheds like crazy. This PureClean robot works wonders by picking up all pet hair. I run it every day. It's a bit difficult to sort the features and sometimes it has its own opinion, but I like it. I want it to beep when the bin is full. He has a problem finding the dock, which is actually fun. I called customer service because I couldn't find any information on this model and I was concerned that it was no longer made. They assured me that this is the latest model and that the website needs an update to include it. Due to the language barrier, there were some problems understanding the technical support. An agent just hung up. You don't understand the product at all. The price is fantastic. It cleans almost flat carpets with a very low pile. I just want to clean a slightly thicker carpet. He's also smart enough not to fall down the stairs. So I can safely use it on the 2nd floor. Again, it does a really good job of removing pet hair and dust. It also has a spot cleaning button that increases the power of the vacuum cleaner on specific spots. I posted the video on FB and all my friends are jealous. It also comes with a dust attachment. I am happy about this purchase. My dog doesn't mind walking around the house. He just ignores it. He was incredible. He explained everything to me and we corresponded several times by email. i really love it The remote control is very handy and makes it so easy to use. If you buy it and write a review, you will get back a bonus in the form of additional filters. Note: I bought the Aldi version of this type of vacuum cleaner. It's also good and able to pick up dirt from thicker carpets. But it's very loud and doesn't come with a remote control. It also has trouble finding the dock and when it does, it doesn't make good contact with the charging pins. The filter is very thin. I would stick to PureClean every day. Highly recommended.
