Burnt out for bulbs
I bought these to replace the bulbs in the third brake light in the cab of the 05 F150 when I was replacing a blown gasket that was causing a water leak in the truck's cab. All of the original factory bulbs were still working after 15 years but I decided to replace them to avoid removing the brake light again and risking another water leak. I put on rubber gloves because I don't want your skin to touch them. When I turned on the light to check, one of the bulbs immediately burned out. So I put the factory originals in and threw them in the bin.
- To prolong lamp life, never touch the glass when installing the lamp. Use gloves or paper towels for proper installation.
