Review on Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone White (WIC400/W) by Koshino Minoru ᠌

I did not find the advantages of the product, I do not recommend it.

After years of using Sony products, it looks like I'll need to switch and start exploring other options. It "does not dangle" on garments or on a person weighing 80-90 kg, with a reasonably broad neck, but the evaluations led me to assume otherwise. For people of average build, it is only practical to wear it over clothes when running; a T-shirt is too loose. Rather than eating it, I'm taking the food back to the supermarket.

Pros
  • Good audio quality, with volume well contained within the ear canals; however, some equalization may be required.
Cons
  • It's absolutely perplexing in the cold; it's unpleasant under a jacket, under a jacket, a pain to deal with a collar, etc. Disappointingly frequent audio interruptions. Integrating with the Xiaomi Mi6. When the phone's wifi is turned on, the sound will cut in and out intermittently and, on rare occasions, stop entirely for up to a minute. When a bus passes by in Hong Kong, the sound is muffled. Though it may appear out of the ordinary, even the park had its share of issues. The absence of wifi is OK, but who really needs it anyway? Their gurgling, sporadic calls are terrible. On the headset, I dialed the customer service number; they were sympathetic and suggested I exchange or get a refund. We tried to soar with an iPhone 7 and while it worked slightly better, it still made a gurgling noise when receiving calls (outgoing calls sounded OK) and occasionally cut into playback. As the temperature drops in the park, there's a palpable shift in the acoustics. Yet, it's possible that the earpiece became crooked in the ear and could not be realigned with the aid of gloves. It's terrible how cheap the plastic feels and looks. Those wireless Beats headphones my wife got are out of this world.
