Nice product, happy with my purchase and may buy again.

Nonetheless, it frequently freezes (very): it can't handle downloading an mp3 file, printing a PDF on a wi-fi-connected printer, making a purchase at the market, and watching a YouTube movie all at once. In fact, I had to restart the computer more than once. And now, after finally getting acclimated to the bixbi menu on that extra screen of little use, there's this mysterious new app called "samsung free," and there's apparently no way to get rid of it. Let's get down to business. This product is truly a showpiece (processor, front camera, battery, glass, . and a bold rejection of what is no longer useful in life).

Pros

I appreciated the high standard of the media presented. I appreciated how everything matched up perfectly (no hiccups) with my old S8 device, right down to the wallpaper and icon arrangement on the home screen.

Cons

It's a drag (a lot), and it doesn't seem to perform any differently than "my ex" to the untrained eye. Honestly, it looks like the only improvements made over the years have been to the camera and internal storage. Nothing unnecessary; it's impressive, but I'd prefer a faster charge time (say, 15 minutes) from the original charger rather than the 1.5 hours it takes to charge from the old one. Even though many of the configuration settings are currently inaccessible, I find that curious, and I look forward to patiently waiting for a software update over the next few months (or years).
