However, I am not sure if they have improved their business practices or if they have stopped providing the service they used to. They haven't responded to my email enquiries even after multiple reminders over 2 months now. We are paying $600 per month (no contract) for basic access to their service. It works fine on desktop, however, when trying to log into the site on my Android phone I get error message saying "This webpage has a redirect loop". When clicking on the link provided, it takes me back to the signup form. I tried logging in from other devices too but no luck. I contacted them via email and WhatsApp but still no response.
