I had worked with them in past and their product was great.

However, I am not sure if they have improved their business practices or if they have stopped providing the service they used to. They haven't responded to my email enquiries even after multiple reminders over 2 months now. We are paying $600 per month (no contract) for basic access to their service. It works fine on desktop, however, when trying to log into the site on my Android phone I get error message saying "This webpage has a redirect loop". When clicking on the link provided, it takes…
