Sleek, Modern Chef's Knives

- KONOLL excels at making mid-range knives that look and feel more expensive than they are. - Like most KONOLL knives, this is a solid construction. It has a full tail, decent stainless steel, a thick strong blade that is sharp and easy to sharpen. The handle is ABS plastic which I have no problem with, it's strong and doesn't warp or warp like wood. It has no visible rivets. This is a heavy knife and for those with small hands it can feel a bit clunky. It's not traditionally balanced, it's offset towards the blade. - Comes in a gift box. - When I make a purchase like this, I always ask myself if it is a purchase for life or even something to pass on. to my children. Even if it is not an elite knife, it will last for decades with good care. At the time of writing this item I didn't know the asking price so it's hard for me to judge if this is good value or not. Their other 8-inch chef's knives are around $30, which is decent value, but you can snag one for $25 or even less on a better day or Black Friday.
