Firstly, this item is not available in Amazon fulfillment centers, so shipping here may take some time. Tracking is far because I was told it will arrive on January 27th, I placed the order on December 31st. It arrived out of the blue on January 12th in a package that didn't say "Amazon" anywhere so I didn't even know what it was and didn't dare open it. As soon as I take it out of the box I put it in my ears on the right side, it doesn't even work. So not only did I not get a warning about it, but I went broke without even hearing a single song. I am so disappointed with the inconsistent tracking and buggy nature of my headphones.
