TL;DR: This is a fantastic little machine that makes delicious espresso and great frothed milk, saving a lot of money and time. Got it! Super easy to use! Not like the industrial ones I used when I worked at Starbucks but still very easy and makes delicious espresso. I got it for Christmas and have been using it almost daily for about a month now. I feel like I've finally reached perfection in making a great latte. Every day I pour out ground espresso, take apart the espresso filter and place it in a glass with a few drops of liquid, then shake the glass and rinse until there are no more bubbles. I hand wash the large metal part separately and rinse the part that holds the entire filter. After using a steam wand, I make sure to let steam through until clear drops of water fall from the end. Once a week I take off the metal cover of the steam pipe and clean the rubber part inside. I love lattes so the steam whistle was a must for me. Works very well, just takes a little longer to warm up the milk, but I use mine straight from the fridge. Overall the process takes less than 5 minutes including waiting for everything to heat up. This saved me time and money!
