We had so much trouble finding a mooring big enough for our turtle that she couldn't knock it over. Most docks have suction cups to stick to the glass, but she just taps them off. We tried the magnets, which worked for a while until she pulled the stand completely off the dock. This dock is designed to float and move a little, attached to a bag of rocks that keeps it on the ground. It worked, but I had so many extra ropes that I tied them to the stair railing. The dock is huge and easy for our turtle to climb on so she loves it and so far it has stayed right where we put it.
