I bought this to replace an old steamer where I had to hang clothes elsewhere and tow the car. With this clothes steamer, I can lug it into my wardrobe and simply steam my clothes there. This steamer's stand stays in place and allows me to steam not only my delicate items but my pants as well. Since using this I have only had to refill it twice almost as soon as I received it last month and am ready to refill. I like that the tank is big enough that I don't have to keep refilling it. Not to mention that I don't constantly go through clothes to smooth out wrinkles when using it. Whether I use it on silk, satin or polyester blends, it smoothes out wrinkles the first time. I don't constantly sort out even deep, set creases and I may damage them. When it comes to storage, I just drop the hanger and store it in the closet as it doesn't take up much space. A high quality clothes steamer that will not leak.
