I ordered this for my wife. This is your rating. Unfortunately, after washing, the hair started to fall out a lot. Some of the packages are larger than others. The bun, which was 26 inches tall, came out with very thin hair and was in poor condition. It's also difficult to curl after washing. Update: After I contacted the seller they were willing to work with my situation and really help. They have great service and will give them another chance. Sequel follows…
