Arrived in non-working condition

I thought I was going crazy; All I saw was pure blue. I tried to test it in all possible solutions but I only saw blue. Tried to recalibrate but nothing. Also, it is almost impossible to read for a person who needs glasses. What a pity! I am returning this product.
