Virtually no mist for humidifier

I was so excited about this fan. It cools us on the porch but I was hoping for more fog. You need to use the highest setting to get an even light mist. It's good for keeping you cool when you're dining outside and don't want to get wet, but a higher setting for poolside use would be a big improvement.
