Is this stainless steel?
When I removed the packaging I noticed that there was a small area stuck to the pan. I tried unsuccessfully to remove it with oil, then used the blade of a dull knife to pick up the remaining glue. This resulted in the coating of the pan being scratched. After reading other reviews, it turned out that this pan might not have been stainless steel, which was my only reason for buying it. I do not recommend this product.
