The integration of our CRM with our Tātou is seamless. We are able to seamlessly move customers between the two platforms and easily identify who is using each platform. The customer support is also unparalleled. I have not found anything to dislike about the service. I highly recommend the Tātou team. We have been able to automate many of our processes and are able to easily keep track of our customer data. We are able to easily create new customer accounts and update the CRM with their information and keep track of the customer journey.
