Support rods will not fit and will not screw into the frame. I tried to get past the first step to see if the bracket ended up helping to make it better and it just showed that the support bars weren't done right. I've put a lot of things together so this isn't user error. The bars cannot be laid on both sides and therefore do not fit. Haven't processed a replacement yet because I have to disassemble it, find a way to return all the parts, wait a few weeks for a replacement (it has already taken 3 weeks due to COVID), then put everything back together and hope it fits really. I'll see if there's a way for a friend to fix the incorrectly made support poles before going down a replacement route. Disappointed is an understatement
