This jar is so cute! He sings 7 different songs while pulling out the money you put in the bank. The number pad will make a nice beep with each key press and turn green if it's correct, or turn red and say "oh oh!" if you enter the wrong code. My kids love the fact that the twist lock requires a code to unlock. For them, it's like a real safe! I wish it would make a sound when coins are added into the top coin slot, but they just fall with a loud bang. You will need a screwdriver to open the battery compartment and 3 AAA batteries to insert the bank for the bank opening number pad to work. Overall we love it and think it's very cute! My 6 year old loves this bench.
