Review on PRITECH by Dennis Wood

Since I use personal care products on a regular basis, I couldn't wait to give PRITECH's offerings a try. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Finding the items I needed on the website was a chore because of its poor layout and navigation. It was frustrating since the delivery time took so much longer than expected after I placed my order. However, I was still left with more disappointment. The items were useless and of poor quality when I tried them. The website's product descriptions left me confused and unclear of how to use the items. I called customer service for help and was faced with unhelpful agents who were both nasty and disrespectful. In general, I would not suggest purchasing anything from PRITECH. Frustration and disappointment are inevitable results of the poorly designed website, unpredictable delivery, and low quality.
