The ease of use, how intuitive it was to setup everything in general, the support team is amazing, they are always there if you have any questions or issues related with your VMs running well within the cloud environment. Honestly I don't dislike anything about this product so far, but honestly I haven't used all its features yet. You can get some free credits that will help you test the app while using them without paying any money which helps alot when trying out new things like this one. We were looking into having an openstack based solution since we needed more flexibility than what our current provider could offer us at the time.
