Terrible insulation and weak cup

The lids seem normal, just press firmly and then snap into place. As for the cup itself, it's terrible. After any type of liquid (cold, warm or hot) the paper will start to sag after 2 minutes. I pour hot coffee in and somehow the coffee cools down almost immediately because it can't keep ANYTHING warm. The paper cup also gives off a papery smell and taste (?!?!?). Avoid these mugs 100%, there are many others for a similar price.
